Kylie is more than just a personal trainer because she understands that health is more than just a lean body, it begins from the inside out. This is why Kylie started Female Fitness Method – to empower people with the knowledge to make better choices for themselves and their goals.
Her passion lies in training and educating clients for not only aesthetics, but for their body, mind and soul. She hasn’t always been into fitness, and has come from a background of controlled eating habits and a very stressful cooperate job. She knows only too well how important it is to incorporate a healthy lifestyle and a healthy mind with a solid training program and good nutrition, regardless of the end goal.
Kylie has worked alongside with some of the most successful coaches in Australia and has a wealth of knowledge through a broad range of certifications, seminars, workshops and mentorships. She believes knowledge is power and conveys this through all aspects of her coaching.
