Quinn Taplin, E-RYT, is a dedicated student and teacher of mind-body awareness who facilitates a wealth of spiritual wisdom within his classes. Quinn's teaching is accessible yet challenging for all levels of practice from complete beginner, to the advanced practitioner, and those with injuries. He has well over 1000 hours of training in Ashtanga, Iyengar, therapeutic, restorative yoga and bodywork. He fosters an inward approach that encourages self exploration through expanding and strengthening energy by guiding the breath soundly through moving meditation. His in-depth knowledge of yoga asana, philosophy and spiritual engagement through careful observation and safe instruction are the foundations of his teaching. He encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self, inviting connection to each other, our communities, and to life as a whole. Quinn is dedicated to the continued exploration of yoga and holistic healing nurtured by his travels and yearly trips to India and Bali.
