Bec Weeden

Bec Weeden

Health, Nutrition, Lifestyle & Yoga Coach

Bec launched IN2URLIFE in 2015 after a long sales and marketing career. She then studied health, nutrition and lifestyle coaching with IIN and completed her 200HR yoga teaching certification. Bec is currently studying BSc (Naturopathy) and continues her yoga studies to bring her clients the most up to date health and wellness information and tools for transformation.

Sports Therapist and Group Personal Trainer

Abbey has over 12 years experience as Personal Trainer and has completed a Bachelor of Sports Science and is continuing her studies to become a qualified Physiotherapist. Abbey focuses on postural correction, individual bio-mechanics and brings an extensive list of expertise to her sessions making them fun, informative and full of tips to improve fitness and health.

Yoga, Nutrition & Wellness Coach

Candi is a qualified yoga teacher and Wellness Coach. She has studied BSc Nutrition and is passionate about bio-individuality and educating groups on simple, effective changes that will bring wellness to their lives. Candi is one of our happiness gurus and loves to incorporate a range of different workshops to our programs. She is our expert on all things
low-tox living.
