We all struggle with it, I work for myself and still find myself falling back into old habits of being obsessed with being over-worked. I used to think it was a Sydney cultural fault, but travelling a lot around the world I have found it is not just restricted to our hustling Sydney City. We are all being influenced by a world that is changing incredibly fast, technology has allowed us to branch out into worlds we never knew existed.
